Invader Zim/Gir Dress

My little cousin requested this for her Halloween wear:

The request was based on a specific dress she found online, made by Alien-Phant:

The style of the 'inspired by' dress was more suituable to a women's/misses', so I adapted a girls/pre-teen McCall's pattern (M6316). I moved the zipper to the back, added the ruffle and lace to the skirt, made the straps into ties, and the Gir/Doom Song applique, also.
