Skant Completion/ Matching Velour Panties

Finally finished the hand-sewing (tacking hems and pleats) on the skant, and made the panties to match since it's so short! (And I frankly was too lazy to start over, even though I had enough fabric to do so...)

Ugly hem at the top, but that part won't show ;-)
